Schneider Electric is seeking an Associate Controller, Technical Accounting to join our team in Nashville, TN or Boston, MA. This hybrid role requires being in the office 2–3 days per week. You will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, Plant Controllers, Legal, and investment entities, fostering a collaborative environment built on trust.
In this position, you will apply and interpret IFRS standards to manage complex accounting areas including leases, investments, rebates, provisions, revenue, and restructuring. You will play a vital role in the financial close process, preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages while performing variance analysis. Beyond traditional accounting, you will drive process transformation by addressing data challenges across ERP platforms like SAP Bridge, S4 HANA, and HFM, utilizing data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
