About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to lead the finance function across our Karaman and Istanbul operations. This is a critical leadership role designed to ensure financial integrity and compliance while providing the strategic financial insight necessary to support business performance and long-term growth.

As the Regional Financial Controller, you will serve as a trusted business partner to local leadership teams while collaborating closely with European and US stakeholders. Reporting directly to the European Financial Controller, you will oversee financial reporting, controlling, compliance, and team leadership across multiple manufacturing and coating sites. Your work will play a central role in decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives, requiring a hands-on understanding of production flows, material stock management, and scrap control within a multi-site environment.
