The role focuses on analyzing, processing, and reporting on category management opportunities to ensure accurate data flow across purchase orders, accounts payable, and the general ledger. You will play a key part in designing and implementing systems policies that enhance departmental processing and maintain the integrity of proprietary databases.
In this capacity, you will research supply chain data markers, troubleshoot variances, and interpret data to recommend appropriate courses of action. The work involves creating both regular and ad-hoc reports to meet departmental requests while ensuring compliance with applicable governmental laws and regulations. While operating under direct guidance, you will handle assignments of moderate complexity that contribute directly to the organization's operational efficiency.
