- check_circleCoordinate flow of raw materials and assemblies to support production schedules
- check_circleAnalyze capacity planning techniques for production build schedules
- check_circleEvaluate and modify system suggested planning messages
- check_circleEstablish order policies, lot sizes, and lead-times for assigned products
- check_circleDevelop and monitor Kanban systems for assigned product lines
- check_circleRecommend blanket orders and coordinate implementation with Purchasing
- check_circleGenerate purchase orders and release production orders to the floor
- check_circleInvestigate and resolve discrepancies regarding material and capacity
- check_circleCoordinate disposition of MVRs and support QA corrective actions
- check_circleModify and reschedule customer orders while communicating with Sales
- check_circleExpedite materials and assist other planners with urgent needs
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
- verifiedOne year of manufacturing experience
- verifiedExperience with online ERP manufacturing systems

Nice to Have
Associates or Bachelors degree in related discipline. Three plus years material planning/shop scheduling experience. Financial analysis skills as they relate to material/inventory control. Fluent English.
