As a member of the Client Advisory team, you will provide essential assistance in client service, daily operations, and administrative duties, while also managing special projects. This position serves as a critical support pillar for the team and acts as the designated backup for the Front Desk Associate. You will be the go-to resource for accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Basic understanding of investments including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives. Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity. Comfort in speaking with clients and other professionals concerning money movement, account openings, trades within accounts, and basic daily operations. Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar CRM.
