Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct legal research and formulate well-rounded legal opinions for clients

Requirements
- verifiedJuris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- verifiedActive license to practice law in the state of Maine
- verifiedMaintain membership in Maine state bar
- verifiedComplete all required Continuing Legal Education requirements on an annual basis
- verifiedExperience in real estate law and corporate law is preferred
