About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in a fully remote capacity based in Nebraska. This position focuses on a consumer collection litigation practice, representing national creditors across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Ohio, and Colorado. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-pressure environment and enjoy work that requires frequent shifts in direction. You will manage a caseload, perform stringent pleading reviews as part of a collaborative team, and represent creditor clients throughout the state. This is a unique opportunity to deliver great service to our clients and positively influence our culture without the pressure of billable hours.
