This position serves as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients and a key partner to Account Managers and the broader team. The primary mission is to deliver high-quality, responsive support that enhances the overall client experience. You will execute client orders on behalf of Account Managers and directly with clients, managing day-to-day inquiries and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Working closely with Account Managers, you will proactively support client engagement efforts, including migrating accounts to the online platform, conducting KYC refreshes, and reaching out to inactive clients. Your goal is to strengthen relationships, drive activity, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. Through strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset, you will play a critical part in supporting client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
