About the Role

We are seeking a Miami-based Associate to join our growing team as an integral member of our investment operations. This position is designed for a candidate with 1-3 years of post-undergraduate experience in technology investment banking or growth equity who is comfortable sourcing and executing new investments while working directly with management teams and Partners.

As an Associate, you will play a lead role in the entire transaction process, from sourcing and negotiating to structuring deals and completing industry research. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to conducting due diligence in-house and managing complex processes. Beyond the transaction lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with portfolio company management teams to build value through efficient sales and marketing operations, organic growth, and add-on acquisitions.

This is typically a 2-year program. High-performing Associates who demonstrate the ability to evaluate, analyze, and synthesize investment opportunities will be eligible for promotion to a partner track position, with the potential to lead deals with increasing independence.
