The Assisted Living Area Director (LPN) serves as a pivotal leader within The Kempton of Charleston, bridging clinical expertise with compassionate care management. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the assisted living unit, ensuring that every resident receives a personalized care plan that evolves with their needs. You will act as a key liaison between residents, their families, physicians, and the broader care team, coordinating services to maintain the highest standards of health and safety.
Your day-to-day involves more than just clinical oversight; you will mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. From conducting comprehensive resident assessments to managing medication administration and emergency protocols, you will ensure compliance with all state regulations and Liberty Senior Living policies. This position requires a hands-on leader who is willing to step in as an aide or medication administrator when necessary, modeling the dedication and kindness expected of our team.
