The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) is a regional campus of one of the largest public medical schools in the United States. Known for small class sizes and exceptional faculty mentorship, UICOMP allows students to excel under a rigorous curriculum. Our faculty members provide care to more than 45,000 patients annually while contributing to the medical education and training of over 260 students and 300 physician residents and fellows each year.
We collaborate with leading healthcare partners, including OSF Saint Medical Center, OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois, Carle Health Greater Peoria, and Jump Simulation, a world-class leader in healthcare innovation. As part of an R1 research institute, our faculty also drive translational research focusing on Alzheimer's dementia and oncology.
About the Role
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks talented physicians to join our vibrant team in delivering high-quality patient care and inspiring the next generation of physicians. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings while actively participating in the educational training of residents and medical students.
