CIFC's Norwalk Early Learning Programs is seeking a full-time Preschool Assistant Teacher to support our Head Start and Preschool classrooms. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to the lead teacher, assisting in the daily care and education of 14 to 20 children aged 3 to 5 years old.
The position is designed to foster a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive. You will be chiefly responsible for implementing classroom activities, building partnerships with families, and maintaining accurate records. While the role involves significant program implementation, it also emphasizes communication, service coordination, and ongoing self-assessment to ensure high-quality early childhood education.
