The Child Development Associate (CDA) Specialist is a vital member of our Early Learning unit, working directly to support the core functions of our Head Start program. In this role, you will assist 1-2 classrooms in planning and implementing daily routines, curriculum, meals, and activities for children ranging from 6 months to 5 years old.
You will serve as a dedicated aid in classrooms of 14 to 20 Head Start/Preschool children or 7-8 Infant/Toddler children. Working under the direction of assigned Lead Teachers and supervised by the Education Services Professional, you will help create a nurturing and educational environment. This position is ideal for those passionate about early childhood development who are ready to grow their skills in a supportive team setting.
