Carter's Inc. is the largest North American apparel retailer exclusively for babies and young children, encompassing brands like Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet. As the #1 most-purchased children's clothing brand, we pride ourselves on providing quality from our first Original Bodysuit® to the lasting careers we offer our team. Since our founding, we have maintained a close-knit culture where caring, teamwork, flexibility, and growth are what make us different. At Carter's, a career feels like connections between customers, teams, and families.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. Your mission is to congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, and help prepare them for the first day of school and all the big and little moments on their parenting journey. This role is about leading with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor while building customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
