About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, driving maximum sales and profitability. Your focus will be on developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This role is active and dynamic, requiring you to be on your feet for in excess of 8 hours per day. The position involves regular walking, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
