Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. Working closely with the Store Manager, this position supports the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. The role focuses on developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

This position requires active participation in store operations, including standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or management experience to be considered for this position.
