The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. This role is critical to the overall operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
The physical demands of this position require standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Hourly rates range from $17.92 to $18.17 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include New Jersey Paid Sick Time, as well as Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to specific qualifications.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience is required.
