About the Role

In this role, you'll lead daily operations by assisting with store and restaurant workflows, managing cashier settlements, and ensuring proper shift coverage. You'll support and develop staff by coordinating training, managing schedules, and coaching team members to model positive leadership.
Your day will involve delivering customer excellence by greeting shoppers, handling inquiries, and engaging on the sales floor. You'll track performance by reviewing daily sales and labor metrics, relaying key insights to relevant teams, and ensuring store standards are met through facility checks and safety protocols. Additionally, you'll enhance merchandising by creating in-store displays and executing product placement strategies. As a proactive leader, you'll take initiative by stepping into staff roles as needed, whether opening, closing, or covering breaks.
