As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a vital partner to the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations within a high-volume retail financial services environment. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational integrity.
In this position, you will coach and mentor front-line staff, driving excellence in sales techniques and adherence to company policies. Your day-to-day involves managing cash activities, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving escalated customer issues. You will also play a key role in fostering a team-oriented atmosphere of growth, accountability, and respect, while supporting local marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and connect with new customers.
