About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations within a high-volume retail financial services environment. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational integrity.
In this position, you will coach and mentor front-line staff, driving excellence in sales techniques and adherence to company policies. Your day-to-day involves managing cash operations, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving escalated customer issues with professionalism. You will also play a key role in fostering a team-oriented environment that values growth, accountability, and respect, while supporting local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
