About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a vital partner to the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations within a high-volume retail financial services environment. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional customer service for personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and operational standards.

In this position, you will not only support sales goals and performance metrics but also serve as a coach and mentor for front-line staff. Your day will involve balancing cash management activities, resolving escalated customer issues, and fostering a professional, customer-ready store environment. You will play a key role in promoting cross-selling opportunities while upholding the brand's values of integrity and community connection.
