About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while keeping our customers safe and building a career you love. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow so customers receive safe and timely service. You will be on the floor with your team, coaching and stepping in where needed, rather than staying behind a desk.
You will talk with customers to explain options clearly, ensuring they get back on the road confidently. This role is for those who want to grow, lead, and make a difference every day for customers in their community.
