The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This position ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. You will be accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
This role is primarily a day shift position, with the office closing at 6 PM. The location is closed on Sundays. The work environment involves a mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities, ranging from sedentary desk work to physical duties with varying demands and exposure to seasonal weather conditions. Regular tasks include standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, sitting, and lifting items up to 35 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
