About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while keeping our customers safe and building a career you love. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow, guaranteeing customers receive safe and timely service. Unlike traditional management roles, no desk is required; you will be on the floor with your team, coaching, stepping in where needed, and talking with customers to explain options clearly so they can get back on the road confidently. You will work in a "Sports Energy" environment, fueling fans and athletes through local and national pro sports partnerships, all while enjoying a work-life balance that includes Sundays off.
