As an Assistant Store Manager at Instaloan, you will support customers through real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store. This role is performance-driven and people-first, designed for those ready to build confidence, learn the business, and move up quickly with a company that invests in their future.
You will develop your leadership skills in real-time by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management. The position offers a relaxed, business casual environment where you can leverage cross-brand training to move into opportunities across our eleven brands. You will provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety procedures while maintaining a work environment that upholds compliance with company policies and local laws.
