- check_circleSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations in a high-volume retail financial services environment
- check_circleLead and coach front-line associates on customer service, sales techniques, and adherence to company policies
- check_circleProvide direct customer service by explaining and processing personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products
- check_circleAssist with staff scheduling, work assignments, and on-the-job training to ensure adequate coverage and service standards
- check_circleHandle cash management activities including drawer balancing, safe counts, deposits, and daily reconciliation
- check_circleMonitor transaction accuracy and documentation to support compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- check_circleTrack and review store performance metrics such as application volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements
