About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, driving maximum sales and profitability. Your focus will be on developing your team, managing expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring all aspects of merchandising and inventory control align with company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This role is active and fast-paced. The position requires being on your feet for more than 8 hours a day, walking frequently, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
