About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while keeping our customers safe and building a career you love. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow, guaranteeing customers receive safe and timely service. You will be on the floor with your team, coaching and stepping in where needed, rather than staying behind a desk.
This role is for those who thrive in a "sports energy" environment. You will talk with customers to explain options clearly, helping them get back on the road confidently. It is a hands-on position where you learn by doing, working alongside teammates to bust tires, manage inventory, and delight customers. We are looking for a servant leader with a positive can-do attitude who is calm under pressure and loves working with people.
