About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager for our Retail Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily branch operations and driving the success of our financial services location. This position exists to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional customer service for personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to coach and mentor front-line staff, fostering a team environment focused on performance and professional development. Your day-to-day involves navigating the dynamic landscape of retail banking, from managing cash reconciliation and compliance protocols to resolving escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency. You will be instrumental in promoting our financial products, ensuring accurate processing of applications, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
