About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a critical role in bringing this vision to life. You will lead by example, fostering a high-performance sales culture while ensuring every customer leaves with the right products and an outstanding experience.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will coach and empower your team to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of the store. You will manage daily operations, maintain a welcoming and well-organized store, and ensure that every team member is supported to succeed in a goal-driven environment.
Working Conditions
You will work in a vibrant, retail environment with moderate noise levels, representing Spectrum's brand in a professional uniform. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Requirements
