About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our operations, processing and moving donated merchandise to prepare it for sale in our clearance outlets. You will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is ready for our customers while maintaining the high standards of our facilities.
Your day will involve receiving and processing merchandise, stocking the sales floor as needed, and meeting departmental quotas. Beyond inventory management, you will assist customers on the sales floor with questions or concerns and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including restrooms, floors, and parking areas. Safety is a priority; you will be responsible for following all safety rules, using appropriate equipment, and reporting any hazardous materials found during processing. You may also be cross-trained to work as a Retail Sales Associate or a Forklift Operator, offering versatility in your daily tasks.
