About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, energize team performance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. With strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for WOW! customer service, you will play a key role in shaping store success and developing future talent. You will act as a vital partner to the Store Manager, stepping in to lead operations, ensure compliance, and maintain a positive, knowledgeable retail environment when the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager is absent.
