The Assistant Site Supervisor in Mount Laurel, NJ, plays a critical role in coordinating detainee transportation operations under the direction of the Site Supervisor. This position ensures the timely and compliant movement of detainees to proper destinations while maintaining strict adherence to USDOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
In this role, you will manage daily operations, including coordinating transportation officers, monitoring hours of service, and ensuring all required documentation and safety equipment are in place. You will lead daily operations briefs and safety training, oversee vehicle maintenance, and manage incident reporting. The role requires constant communication via cellphone and computer to coordinate with the client, corporate team, and local staff. While the position is primarily office-based, it demands a high state of situational awareness and the ability to respond to incidents as they arise.

If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to access military installations.

Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for the state you reside in. Possession of a USDOT Medical Card (for CDL license holders only).
