As an Assistant Site Supervisor in Cinnaminson, NJ, you will directly support the Site Supervisor in managing detainee transportation operations. This role is critical for ensuring the timely, compliant, and safe movement of detainees as directed by ICE. You will coordinate with Transportation Officers to verify documentation, monitor Hours of Service in compliance with USDOT/FMCSA regulations, and ensure all transport duties adhere to PBNDS standards.
Your day will involve conducting daily operations briefs and safety training, managing vehicle maintenance and equipment readiness, and supervising staff through performance evaluations and counseling. You will also be responsible for responding to incidents, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records including trip logs and presence records. This position requires maintaining constant situational awareness and mental alertness within a modern office setting, with the flexibility to handle communications and assignments around the clock.
