About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to support the daily operations of our automotive service department. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step into management within a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will be the bridge between Service Advisors, Technicians, and dealership leadership. Your day will involve overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, managing shop workflow and repair timelines, and coaching staff to improve performance. As a sales and production-oriented leader, you will help drive department sales goals while maintaining top-level CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance.
