We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Citadel Outlets location in Commerce, CA. In this role, you will work directly with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure that customers are always our first priority.
You will take pride in delivering superior customer service and inspiring associates to excel by being an exceptional role model. Understanding that the store's appearance is essential to drawing customers in, you will ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. You will provide direction to associates to ensure floor coverage, assist in developing a sales-focused staff, and contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing successes and boosting morale.
