About the Role
The Assistant Manager contributes to the execution of Peter Piper Pizza's operations standards by ensuring our guests receive a high-quality experience. You will be the face of hospitality, responsible for delivering outstanding service, quality products, and a clean environment. Beyond guest interactions, a key part of your day involves coaching and developing Team Members, Certified Trainers, Team Leads, Key Holders, and Shift Supervisors to maintain high standards of safety and service.
You will make daily decisions regarding time management, staff scheduling, and product quality while building sales and maximizing profits. This role requires a balance of operational oversight and people leadership, ensuring the entire team communicates Company and Guest expectations effectively.
