Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead staff to ensure performance standards and agency requirements are upheld

- check_circleSupport individuals in making decisions to develop skills and foster independence
- check_circleOversee medical, clinical, and financial needs by securing appropriate services
- check_circleTransport individuals to medical, recreational, and other community activities
- check_circleBuild and maintain relationships with funding sources, families, and service providers
- check_circleMonitor petty cash and maintain spending within allowed budgetary limits
- check_circleProvide interim coverage during supervisor absence as directed by management
- check_circleEnsure services and documentation meet regulatory standards from DDS, DMH, and others
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedDSP Certification, Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- verifiedMinimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- verifiedExperience with individuals who may have significant behavioral or medical concerns
- verifiedValid driver's license and one year of driving experience
- verifiedCore training certifications including CPR/FA, OSHA, CPI, MAP, PABC, and Driver Safety
- verifiedAcceptable CORI results
