About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your nursing career within a setting that offers variety and rewarding challenges. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide high-impact nursing services, training, and support to individuals with brain injuries, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and emotional or behavioral disabilities.
You will join a mission-driven team where you create relationships that motivate us all every day. Your day will involve monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and conducting assessments to implement healthcare services within each Individual Service Plan. You will also serve as a liaison and advocate with external agencies to coordinate consistent treatment, while training staff and individuals served on topics ranging from infection control to self-medication.
