The Assistant Residential Manager 2 serves as a vital link in our mission, assisting with the oversight of daily operations in a residential home for individuals with disabilities. This role is designed for those who take pride in making every day count, bringing energy, ideas, and a passion for service to the team.
In this position, you will provide direct care support and coordinate program duties for individuals who may require moderate physical assistance or accommodation. You will help develop and supervise training and case management requirements, ensuring that residents receive the specialized interventions needed to address multiple disabilities, including behavioral supports and enhanced medical care. Your day-to-day involves fostering independence, creating opportunities for residents to make decisions, and building positive relationships with families, community groups, and funding sources.
