About the Role
Overwatch Construction Management is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to join our construction management team. This role is designed to support the Resident Engineer and Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and established timelines.
The Assistant Resident Engineer will serve as a key liaison between the project team, contractors, and vendors. You will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation, coordinating site logistics, and resolving technical challenges to keep transit and transportation projects on track. This is a full-time, on-site position with a project start date of July 1, 2026, and a duration of 24 months.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- verifiedKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control
Nice to Have
Experience on transit/transportation projects. Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or Primavera P6.
