The Externals group is partnering with a well-known and established commercial roofing contractor. This team is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects and is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their ranks.
About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support all phases of construction projects. Your focus will be on coordinating documentation, assisting with pre-construction deliverables, managing project schedules, and overseeing budget management. The role is designed to ensure quality standards are met and client satisfaction remains high throughout the project lifecycle.
A Day in the Life
Your daily activities will involve coordinating, preparing, processing, and tracking all construction documentation. You will conduct budget reviews and monitor day-to-day construction activities and project performance to identify required resources. Additionally, you will oversee on-site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations, while completing project closeouts as needed. Success in this role requires strong crew and client management skills.
