We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to partner closely with the Project Manager, guiding projects from bid preparation through final client acceptance. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our complex projects in an ever-changing environment.
You will serve as a leader, coach, and mentor to project team members, including project engineers and field staff. Your day-to-day involves acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, providing direction to ensure safe and timely project completion, and leading subcontractors and trade partners through the project buyout process. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, inventiveness, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
