Boston Public Schools is seeking visionary and dynamic educational leaders to serve as Assistant Principals/Headmasters. This role is critical for maintaining student discipline and managing the business aspects of the school, working in close partnership with the Principal to create an environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will assume the duties of the Principal when absent, supervise all staff, and ensure the safety and security of the building and grounds. Your day will involve guiding academic goals through data analysis, coordinating curriculum and student support services, and engaging the wider community to support school goals. You will also play a vital role in securing funding to enhance cultural and academic programs.
