About the Role
Nottoway County Public Schools seeks an Assistant Principal for its Elementary (Intermediate) School to serve as a vital partner to the Principal. In this 12-month, full-time capacity, you will assist in the coordination, supervision, and management of the school program and operations. Your primary mission is to support instructional leadership, staff development, and student achievement while fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative learning environment.
As an instructional leader, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to analyze data, guide school efforts toward high academic performance, and ensure the implementation of the approved curriculum. You will play a key role in transforming the school culture into a results-oriented community, managing student discipline, and supporting the diverse needs of all students, including those in special education and academically talented programs.
