This role supports daily operations and leads a diverse team in a high-volume, technology-driven setting. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, comfortable navigating multiple systems such as Epic, and skilled at motivating teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
The Centralized Telemetry department is a specialized unit where trained monitor technicians observe and analyze various heart rhythms of patients admitted to the Centralized Telemetry Monitoring system. Technicians monitor patients within BJH North and South, as well as BJ West County. Constant communication with nursing staff regarding changes in rhythm status is key to patient care, and technicians will call CODES if lethal rhythms are detected to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
