About the Role

The Assistant Marketing Manager is a newly created role on the marketing team, designed to support the Senior Marketing Manager across a high-volume, multi-functional workload. This position bridges a critical scope gap by taking day-to-day ownership of campaign project management, internal communications, email program oversight, budget administration, and brand compliance. By handling these operational essentials, the role frees senior leadership to focus on strategy, enterprise client work, and business development.

The right person is organized, proactive, and comfortable moving between execution and coordination without losing momentum. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Manager, ensuring cross-functional alignment and maintaining the health of our campaign pipelines. This is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment that values bold creativity and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDevelop creative briefs and define campaign objectives, audiences, and success metrics

  • check_circleRun campaign retrospectives and compile performance summaries for leadership

  • check_circleMonitor email performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities

  • check_circleTrack vendor relationships and coordinate invoice submission and approval workflows

Requirements

  • verified4 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience
  • verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have

Background supporting RFP or proposal processes in an agency or B2B marketing environment. Familiarity with branded merchandise, promotional products, or the ePromos product ecosystem. Experience in a shared services or agency model supporting multiple internal or external clients. Understanding of CRM systems, particularly NetSuite or HubSpot. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
