Our scope covers 360-degree marketing, including print, digital, email, video scripts, billboards, and social channels. The output volume is high, and the quality bar is even higher.
About the Role
This Senior Copywriter role sits at the intersection of creative copywriting and business acumen. We are looking for someone who thinks before they write, understands the nuances of why a customer chooses one product over another, and knows how to speak to that truth with precision. You will contribute to WeatherTech's overall messaging direction alongside the creative leadership team.
The ideal candidate will navigate a fast-paced environment where you develop copy across a high volume of projects, often simultaneously. You will translate product features and brand positioning into clear, persuasive messaging across the full marketing funnel, applying consumer psychology principles to inform tone, structure, and narrative. Beyond execution, you will contribute strategic thinking to campaign development, manage multiple deadlines with precision, and serve as a quality bar for the team by catching voice inconsistencies and sharpening concepts.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered. Please note that this is an onsite role at our corporate office in Bolingbrook, IL. Automotive experience will be weighted heavily in the selection process.
