CycleBar Music City is a premium indoor cycling studio dedicated to building a vibrant community through fitness. We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join our studio family.

About the Role

We are seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Assistant Studio Managers, as well as several Part-Time Front Desk Associates. These roles are designed for fitness enthusiasts who thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the studio. Your day will involve managing weekly schedules to maximize sales and profit while monitoring payroll costs, overseeing merchandise and inventory, and driving non-ride revenue. You will also partner with the corporate marketing team to execute initiatives, event planning, and charity rides. Above all, you will provide high-level customer service, ensuring every client's requests and concerns are handled positively and timely.

Front Desk Associates will serve as the face of our studio, welcoming members and supporting the studio's daily flow. Whether you are managing operations or greeting guests, success in these roles requires a genuine passion for people, the CycleBar brand, and our community.

Work Environment & Schedule

Please note that this is not a traditional Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. role. To support our members, the studio operates on a non-traditional schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. While we are open on all holidays except Christmas, schedules are typically reduced during the holiday season. Flexibility and a willingness to work these hours are essential.

Hiring Process & Application

We are currently looking to fill a few spots and invite you to apply if you meet the following criteria:

• A passion for people and customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a fitness center and using Client Retention Management software (preferred for management roles).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• The ability to work effectively as a team with both studio and corporate staff.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 an hour, with sales incentives and bonuses available. Full-Time staff members are eligible for health benefits.
