We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Topeka, Kansas, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of operational leadership and hands-on support. You will help organize merchandise transfers from delivery trucks to the sales floor, maintain seasonal areas, and ensure store-front fixtures and displays remain effective. From processing corporate directives to managing payroll and loss prevention, you will be instrumental in keeping the store running smoothly. Additionally, you will play a key part in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and safety guidelines.
